Installation Guide:ย 

  • Drill hole to the required diameter and depth for stud size being used.ย 
  • Clean the hole thoroughly with brush and hand pump at least four times before installation.ย 
  • Insert cartridge into gun and attach nozzle.ย 
  • Dispense to waste until even colour is obtained.ย 
  • Insert the mixer nozzle to the bottom of the drill hole and inject resin, slowly withdrawing the nozzle as the hole is filled to 70% of its depth.ย 
  • Immediately insert the stud, slowly and with slight twisting motion.
  • Remove any excess resin around the hole before it sets and leave it undisturbed until the curing time elapses.ย 
  • Attach fixture and tighten the nut to the required torque.

1. Delivery Timescales

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-3 working days (subject to geographical restrictions). Please note, where delivery lead-times for individual orders may be subject to change, we will keep you informed directly by phone or email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Deliveries will not be made on UK bank holidays, and in such cases will fall on the next working day.

Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not available to accept the delivery when it is attempted, then a failed delivery charge will be applied (see the Delivery page for full details)

2. Delivery Fee Structure:

All orders, excluding those containing products covered in section 3 below, will be subject to the below delivery fee structure:

  1. Total order weight is between 0kg and 10kg = ยฃ7.99 standard delivery fee
  2. Total order weight is between 10kg and 20kg = ยฃ12.99 standard delivery fee
  3. Total order weight is between 20kg and 75kg = ยฃ20 standard delivery fee
  4. Total order weight is 75kg and above = ยฃ60 large order delivery fee
  5. Total order value exceeds ยฃ500 (regardless of weight) = Free delivery

3. Exclusions

The delivery fees detailed above apply to all orders, excluding:

  1. Orders containing insulation will be charged at ยฃ60 per pallet (10 units per pallet). Please get in touch with us directly for pricing and ordering.
  2. Orders containing protection boards: A large order delivery fee of ยฃ60 will be applied.
  3. Orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above: The delivery fee will be calculated as a price per unit*.

*Please note that, for orders containing membranes of two metres wide and above:

  1. Once the total order weight exceeds 75kg then the ยฃ60 large order fee will automatically be applied

4. Geographical Areas

The above delivery fees apply to all postcodes in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles, and any international orders please get in touch with the BaseTec team directly by email or phone for a custom delivery price. Standard delivery timescales do not apply to these areas and will be advised on request.

Additional charges, including customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply for international orders.
